Community CPR, basic first aid, and AED Section # 207700This course teaches students how to perform CPR with a barrier device on an adult, child, and infant, and how to operate an AED (automatic external defibrillator) on an adult and child. Students will be trained in basic first aid skills for medical, environmental, and injury emergencies. This class meets requirements for teachers (clear credential), foster care, social workers, and healthcare employees. This course is also appropriate for parents, coaches, baby sitters, or the general public. Students receive a CPR textbook and a two year certification approved by OSHA.
